At Guy Makes Tags, every item is made and prepared with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

Processing Time

All orders require a short processing period before they are shipped.

• Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
• Custom items (such as Smart QR Pet Tags) may take the full processing time, as they are created individually.

Processing begins once your order and any required information (if applicable) has been received.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Canada

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

United States

• Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days

Smart QR Pet Tags (Important)

If you order a Smart QR Pet Tag, you will receive a short pet profile form after checkout.

Your tag will not be created until this form is completed.

This form allows us to build your pet’s personalized online profile, including:

• Pet details
• Emergency contact information
• Photos
• Personality and medical information (optional)

Please ensure the form is completed as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
