At Guy Makes Tags, every product is created and prepared with care. Whether you're ordering a Smart QR product, an athlete keepsake, or a collectible item, we take the time to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Processing Time

All orders require a short processing period before shipping.

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Custom and personalized products may require additional preparation time, as they are made specifically for you.
  • Processing begins once your order has been received and any required personalization information has been submitted.

Shipping & Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery, as well as shipping throughout Canada and the United States.

Local Delivery (Calgary Area)

  • Free local delivery within 15 km of our location.
  • Extended local delivery within 50 km is available for $3.00 CAD.

Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after your order has been processed. We will contact you if needed to coordinate delivery.

Canada

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 CAD
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

United States

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 CAD
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or destination.

Smart QR Products

Some Guy Makes Tags products include a personalized digital profile connected through a QR code.

After placing your order, you may be asked to complete a personalization form before your product can be finalized.

This allows us to create your personalized profile with information such as:

  • Contact information
  • Product details
  • Photos
  • Important identifying information
  • Custom details specific to your product

Please complete any required forms as soon as possible to help avoid delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
