At Guy Makes Tags, many of our products are made specifically for you. Because personalized and custom-made items are created with your unique information, we have a few special guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Custom QR Pet Tags & Personalized Products

Each QR Pet Tag is custom-made based on the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Because these products are personalized and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Incorrect spelling, names, phone numbers, or pet details entered during checkout
  • A change in preference after production has started

Please carefully review all information submitted before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and any damage or issue
  • A description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-custom items such as select accessories, magnets, stickers, pins, or other ready-made products, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must include all original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom products begin production shortly after purchase, cancellation or changes to personalized orders must be requested as soon as possible.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
